🌟 AAGT Strategic Planning Retreat: Big Things Ahead! 🌟

This August, the Arizona Association for Gifted and Talented (AAGT) Board of Directors and staff came together for a full-day Strategic Planning Retreat. We reflected on our impact in gifted education and charted a bold vision for the next three years.

We won’t give away all the details just yet, but here’s a sneak peek of what’s ahead:
✨ Students will have more opportunities to share their voices and connect with peers across Arizona.
✨ Parents will find new resources, tools, and community connections to help support their gifted children.
✨ Educators will have access to innovative professional development and training designed to strengthen gifted education in every classroom.
✨ AAGT as an organization will be stronger, more sustainable and ready to expand our impact statewide.

The full 3-Year Strategic Plan will be unveiled next month — and we can’t wait to share how AAGT is building a brighter future for Arizona’s gifted students, families, and educators.
