To secure early bird pricing, registration must be completed by April 30.

Quotes do not lock in rates.

If you plan to attend, please register by April 30. Registrations submitted after this date will automatically reflect the higher rate, which can create invoicing complications.

A Purchase Order (PO) or payment must be received prior to the event to finalize and honor the early bird rate.

Registration + PO/payment = locked-in pricing. A quote alone does not.

Important (applies to all registrations):
A completed registration and accompanying PO or payment are required to attend—regardless of pricing tier. Quotes alone do not guarantee registration or pricing.

Please note:

• The quote preparer is responsible for verifying membership status. Member pricing will only be honored for confirmed, active members at the time of registration.
• Early bird pricing is only valid when registration is completed by April 30 and payment or a PO is received before the event.
• This form is for quote purposes only and does not constitute registration.

We strongly encourage you to complete your registration before April 30 to avoid any pricing or billing issues.
