Rowe has over 20 years teaching experience in K-8 education. She has served as a regular classroom teacher, an instructional coach and is currently the Coordinator of Gifted Education at Washington Elementary School District in Glendale, Arizona. She also teaches undergraduate elementary education classes as an adjunct professor at Grand Canyon University.

Originally, Rowe is from Cleveland, Ohio and she has lived in Arizona since 1995. Her bachelor’s degree is in Journalism from Arizona State University and her masters degree is in Elementary Education from Cambridge College. Rowe completed her doctorate in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis on K-12 education at Grand Canyon University in 2018. Her dissertation research studied how teachers meet gifted students’ academic needs in regular classrooms.

In her free time, Rowe likes to do yoga, read, and spend time with family and friends. In addition, she enjoys traveling with her husband to exotic locations around the world.
